I just wanted to give a shout out to some of the things I loved and was grateful for this month because I think it has been fun to read about what everyone else loves... and I wanted to join in.
1. Kev, of course, it has been so fun being married and spending the summer together! I know he would have felt like the summer would have been more effective if he had gone to school, but he took the semester off and we had a blast going on vacations! He is such a sweetie and I am so glad we are married. Here he is with our niece Ryann at the beach.
2. The Itch Stick... Or the itch eraser, I think I used both, but they are the best for mosquito bites!! We had a few mosquitoes living with us for a while, probably because we fed them every night, but I got an itch eraser and it cured all my bites!
3. Wicked. It was the best play ever! I listen to that music over and over and over I just love it! It was so fun to see the play and see the story come together, afterwards we went to the back alley to get the autographs of the cast... it was very Hollywood!
4. Shamu! I went to sea world for my first time! We went with Kev's sisters and our nephew Braxton was so excited to see the penguins, I was just as excited as he was! It was fun to be a kid again and see all the shows!

5.
Burritos. I love burritos and I crave
Cafe Rio and
Costa Vida all the time. While we were in California Collynn gave me a delicious and so simple recipe for delicious burrito filling and it doubles as a chip dip~
6 chicken breasts, boiled and diced
1 package Zatarans Red Beans and Rice, cooked as package directs
3 cups cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1 small jar Salsa
1 can of each: chopped green chilies, sliced olives, corn, black beans
Add everything in a big pot and heat up! Fill tortillas or dip chips. So easy and delicious, serves 8
6. Meeting President Hinckley. It still seems unreal that that happened, it was just such an incredible day and I was so grateful my whole family was able to be out for the event!
7. My Mom! She is amazing! She got her masters degree from BYU and gave an amazing speech at graduation on how ordinary acts can lead to extraordinary results. And she was the valedictorian of her class! I am so proud of her!
8. Eclipse. I get way into those vampire books, but I love them! However I knew I was a little too obsessed when I got out of work late and as I was getting into my car I found myself wondering if there was a vampire lurking about... It was late and I felt creeped out and that was the first thing to come to mind before I realized I was crazy!
9. Highschool Musical 2. I know it was cheesy but I liked it, alot, I even got a little teary eyed which Kev is still making fun of me for.
10. Song mysteries solved. I kept hearing this song on the radio and I loved it, but I could never find out who sang it and I really wanted to get it, then I read Anne's blog and she mentioned Colbie Caillat and so I checked her out and her song Bubbly was the one I wanted! I was really excited so we went and bought her CD, its great! And we got Taylor Swift and its Awesome! And I downloaded Fergies song big girls don't cry cause I love that too!
Things I don't love at all....
The giant Black Widow living outside the window of our bedroom.
Our uniform for work tonight, it was the Fox Fall Premiere Party for all the new seasons of shows and the theme was Smarter than a Fifth Grader... We had to wear these dorky hats with spinners!

Linds we had a black widow living outside our door...but I killed it because I am trying to overcome by fears. Don't you just love living in a basement?
I get to see wicked tomorrow and I am so excited!!!! I also loved HSM2 but I had to pretend I thought it was stupid when other people were around so i wouldn't get made fun of!
Those hats aren't dorky, what are you talking about?! I love your list and I just love you to death!
Lindsey,
So glad you found my blog and I am happy to have found yours! It is so fun to see what you and your new husband are up too! Looks like life is good! Love ya! Debbie
