Sometimes work can be a real bummer. I had to work last night and tonight. However last night they sent me home with delicious enchiladas for me and my hubby. They were pretty good. Tonight we did a surf and turf for the executives I drooled as we plated the Filet Mignon topped with a slice of garlic herb butter, the cajun shrimp kebabs, the loaded twice baked potatoes and balsamic asparagus... If only there would be left overs... There was and since I am married the chef sent me home with two portions! I usually don't like to eat this late, and Kev had already eaten, but that didn't matter, we shared a steak, downed all the shrimp and shared a potato. It was DIVINE!!!! I am so excited for round two tomorrow!
