A few years ago I made some extra delicious old fashioned fudge. It was amazing and though it was a lot of work, it was worth it and I was proud. I took it home to my family and several of them said oh it's good but have you had Collynn's fudge!? I was a little offended but then I had Collynn's fudge and wowzers, it was awesome. So I now save myself the hassle of old fashioned fudge and I make my sisters super easy fudge recipe.
Easy Fudge
4 Symphony bars, I like to use the toffee and almond kind
2 sticks butter
1 can evaporated milk
4 cups sugar
Break up the chocolate bars and cut the butter into smaller pieces and dump into you mixer.
Bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil in a large sauce pan on medium high heat, it bubbles up a lot. Stir constantly and boil for 10 minutes, it will turn a light brown color.
Pour boiling mixture into mixer over chocolate and butter and mix till smooth.
If you want to add a couple handfuls of marshmallows that's cool.
Pour into a sheet pan lined with parchment or pipe into individual mini cupcake wrappers.
Chill for a few hours. YUM

agreed, that was delicious fudge. In fact, there should be witnesses when you give me a treat so that I don't have the option of eating all 8 pieces myself on the drive home.
