Magnolias

For well over a year now I have been hearing about the most incredible pancake house here in San Antonio, Magnolias Pancake Haus. I hadn't felt like I could ever go because on Saturdays when Kevin and I could go together it was rumored to have a 2 hour wait and I didn't feel brave enough to take that on with Cooper being so wild. The Saturday before Maggie was born some of my girl friends made plans to go, but due to a terrible ear infection I didn't go. However I did make it with my mom, the kids and Kate and Jed a few days after Maggie was born. It was delicious, however I felt like I expected more. Maybe I had ordered wrong. I went with the Bacon Pancakes and though it was super yummy, I felt like had I waited 2 hours I would have been disappointed. So we tried it again the following week with Kevin, the kids and Kevin's mom. I got the Banana Bread French Toast. I ordered wrong again, but I will not give up! Next time I am going all out sweet with the Banana Fosters Pancakes, and we are sticking with the weekday visits so we won't be waiting because the pancakes are really good, but not good enough to wait more than 30 minutes for...
