Cutie Pies!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Kevin and I are headed to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving, it should be a fun and delicious week. I have been craving to bake lately so I volunteered to make some pies for the feast. It was so fun making pies yesterday. I got some cute pie crust cutters at Williams Sonoma and it turns any pie into a gourmet pie. I don't even know if the pies will taste good, but they look so pretty! One of my most favorite pies is buttermilk pie. Collynn introduced me to this recipe and I will forever be grateful!

Buttermilk Pie
(Makes 3 Pies)
3 Unbaked Pie Shells 9"
1 1/2 Cups Melted butter
5 1/2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Flour
9 Eggs
2 1/4 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Mix all ingredients in a mixer and pour into Pie shells. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Cool in Fridge. This pie is awesome warm or cold and especially awesome topped with whip cream and frozen raspberries thawed and sweetened.
