Birthday "Cake"

I made the cake below for Kev's birthday. Kev doesn't like cake and I knew if I made a cake he'd eat one piece and I'd be tempted by the rest. So I told him I would make any dessert he wanted and he asked if I knew how to make ice cream cake... Well I learned a thing or two in my days at Maggie Moos. I just used a box of brownie mix and cooked half in a spring form pan and the other half in an 8x8. Meanwhile I had a delicious carton of Creamy Creations 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream thawing, when the brownies were done and cool I cut the 8x8 pan in chunks and stirred it into the ice cream along with frozen raspberries. I spread it into the spring form pan and froze it overnight, the next morning I made delicious whip cream, unmolded the ice cream cake and frosted the cake. I then just kept it in the freezer until it was tie to celebrate, it turned out really really yummy and super duper easy!
