This weekend pumpkin treat was pumpkin cupcakes and they turned out oh so delicious!!

2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Allspice - I didn't have any so I used pumpkin spice
* mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
In separate bowl mix the following:
2 Sticks Melted Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
*Stir the wet into the dry and add
1 15oz Can Pumpkin
Mix well. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Makes 24 cupcakes

I whipped up a cream cheese frosting with Cream Cheese, Butter, Powder Sugar and a tiny bit of Milk. I drizzled with chocolate and topped with the Pumpkin Spice Hershey Kiss, Which by the way I finally found at target and was disappointed they are sooo sweet and not as delicious as I had anticipated, but they make a cute finishing touch on all pumpkin desserts :)
