Austin July 2011

We spent a week in Austin dog sitting Zorro. It was a great time we spent the week
swimming several times a day...
Chillin out....
And relaxing....
When it was super hot at the park we got Popsicles and Cooper devoured an entire Popsicle all by himself. He was pretty patient in the heat while Kev and I played Bocci Ball with Kate and Jed.We took a little stroll to the river.
Cooper had fun climbing on the rocks.
And as always blankers and binky are always with us.

We went out to see the bats. Kate and Jed took this from the top of the bridge while Kev, Coop and I were below the bridge and the bats peed or guanoed all over us.
Cooper loved to wear Jed's or Kev's hat during this trip.
For the fourth of July the neighborhood had a bike parade for the kids.
All of us rode or walked or pushed along behind a snow cone truck that was playing fun patriotic music.
Cooper didn't last on his bike for long, he was too slow.
And we all enjoyed delicious snow cones at the end! It was really fun!
We invited a bunch of friends up to Austin to swim and BBQ since there were no fireworks allowed this year.
Coop loves Uncle Jed and Aunt Kate and we were glad they came up for a few days.
Coop is a pool animal!
Our friends brought up a delicious cake and home made ice cream, thats why we invited them :)
It was a fun week but its also nice to be home. I worry about Cooper breaking things or getting into things in other peoples homes. I was so worried that in trying to baby proof the house I accidentally broke some wine and shot glasses. Ooopsies!

That all looks like SO MUCH FUN! I'm sorry you couldn't have fireworks, but I'm glad you had a great party.
