Wedding Cake!

This was a busy week. I baked and baked and did a lot of dishes, but the end result turned out beautifully.


I agreed to do the wedding cake for two of Kevin's friends from school.

I wasn't sure about the flower topper, because it was so big, but the colors were so nice.

I also made 8 cheese cakes for the grooms cake. I don't know what I was thinking taking it all on. It made for a super stressful week! I am so relieved its over and that everything made it to the wedding safely! I was glad I got to do this though, I love having an excuse to make a cake and though this one was challenging it was rewarding and it was for such a great couple that I was excited to be able to be a part of their wedding.
Now I am excited to relax and spend time with my boys who were so great this week even though I neglected them all week!
