Iron Man

Cooper is obsessed with Iron Man these days. The other day he was using his fire man hat as an Iron Man mask, so I cut some holes in it and put an elastic on it. He loved it at first, but for some reason would get very frustrated with it after about 10 seconds. It got pretty annoying. So I saw on Pinterest some felt Super Hero masks, so I thought I would check it out...
Once Cooper saw himself in the mirror with his Iron Man mask he couldn't get enough of himself. For about ten minutes he laughed at himself, fought with himself, high fived himself and was in complete awe of his awesomeness. I made a few more masks, but apparently they are all for me to wear so that Iron Man can destroy all the other Supers.
The masks on pinterest were super cute and sewn. I just used my hot glue gun magic on these, but I will probably make a fancy stitched Iron Man someday. I got all the templates here. This has been a super fun week. Kev had Monday off and we met up with some friends at Sea World and had a blast at Aquatica and the Shamu show. On Tuesday he started nights so we went to Sea World for two hours to catch some shows and then came home and napped. I actually am loving the nights because Kev didn't have to stay late to catch up on notes so he was able to get a good days sleep of about 8 hours and still had 2 hours to hang out with us in the afternoon. Usually he works late and we see him for 30 before he or the kids go to bed and some nights he didn't even get to see Coop. Its much better for me at least and the good news is that there is less than two weeks on this rotation! Yay! Also I just want to give a shout out to Instagram, I love it, it makes my pictures look a million times better and that motivates me to take more pictures...
